HD Roofing and Construction

HD Roofing and Construction recently installed a new roof and performed repairs to minor water damage. From start to finish my experience with everyone at HD was top notch. My Sales Advisor Curtis Culver was professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. He and other members of the HD team were always polite and very responsive to my calls, texts and emails. I really appreciated the timely communication and follow up. The team in the back office made everything virtually seamless for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home or roof repairs.

The crew that came to my home to take the old roof off and put the new one on was A+, they not only finished in one day with the whole process but came to the door and let me know how the job was going and asked if I had any concerns or questions. The clean up was amazing as well they made sure to make sure there was nothing left for me to worry about or do. This company was all around professional, courteous, and exceeded our expectations. We appreciate how easy they made this process. 10 out of 10 would recommend this company to anyone.

I reached out to HD because I had a leak from my roof into my garage. I received a phone call the very next day and Antonio scheduled to come to my house. Within a few days, I had contractors at my house making the necessary repairs. The quality of work was excellence. Overall, everyone I have worked with at HD Roofing and Construction has been professional and competent. I ended up paying exactly what I was quoted for even though they had to use some extra material than they had anticipated. I’ve dealt with other roofing companies in the past that have been unresponsive or unprofessional. This was a welcomed change. If I ever have any other roofing needs, I’ll be using them again.

The entire process, from the initial claim through cleanup and inspection, went seamlessly and the entire project was completed timely. Additionally, their staff – from sales to the work crew to the office personnel – provided exceptional customer service along the way! This was a fantastic company to work with from start to finish. The project manager was thorough and made sure each strep of the process was completed at the highest quality. The install was seamless and done w excellence. Cleanup was great and dumpster was on time delivering and picking up. Just an awesome company. I would highly recommend this company.

Chance was easily accessible and insured that the job was completed on time. Chance came out to my home to check and see if everything was done to my satisfaction. The roofing crew worked very hard and made sure that my property was cleared of any left over material and debris.

I can’t say enough good things about HD Roofing & Construction. Let me first say, I have had leaks in my roof in multiple places for years. I had two roofing companies, a “handyman” and an insurance adjustor look at the roof and none could locate where the water intrusion was occurring…needless to say, none were able to repair the issue either. After a heavy rain, I figured I’d try another roofing company and contacted HD Roofing & Construction. A representative came out the same day! After inspecting the roof, he identified where the water was coming in and located multiple areas where the roof was damaged. At no time was I pressured to sign any contracts with HD Roofing & Construction. I was provided with various options and never felt like I was being sold on anything. HD Roofing & Construction walked me through my options and helped with work with my insurance company who gave me a check to purchase a new roof. Shortly after signing with HD Roofing & Construction, the construction began. And after only a day and a half, I had a beautiful new roof on my home, and the LEAKS ARE GONE!!! A huge thank you to everyone at HD Roofing & Construction!

I had HD roofing install my roof about eight months ago Chance was my sales guy he was phenomenal from day one I had a little hiccup with a leak in the roof recently they came out same day fixed it outside inside no questions asked good service proper response would definitely recommend them to anybody family members and friends to all great company. Spoke to Andrew the office manager he was awesome as well the ladies in the office were very very polite and got my needs done ASAP.
