Steve was a Pros Pro. He guided me through my first roof replacement and lead the way with my insurance where I barely had to get involved. His team was quick and top notch. He was able to come at a moments notice to meet me and was able to get my roof scheduled immediately. Highly recommend Steve and Johnson Roofing.

I discovered a small leak following a storm and contacted J&M after a little on-line research. David Freeman called me and made arrangements to come out and inspect. He determined that I needed a new roof and helped navigate the process of dealing with my insurance company. Long story short, the whole process was smooth and stress-free; thanks in large part to Dave's efforts. The roof looks GREAT! I've gotten several compliments from neighbors. J&M also installed a new solar attic fan and my electric bills have gone down as a result. THANKS DAVE AND J&M!!

I would recommend Trust roofing to anyone. They took the time to make sure I got the roof I wanted. He took extra time and went out of his way for us. brought over a truckload of shingle samples and went through them one by one. He explained everything. The price was fair and reasonable. They were really professional and overall, they are just great people who do an excellent job. highly recommended!

I recommend Janney Roofing, The job this company did replacing my roof was outstanding. The project was planned and executed without a single glitch. The material was delivered before the start date and the job was completed in just 2 1/2 days, The clean up was impressive without debris or nails in the yard. The support from the office was outstanding. I received notifications every step of the process. The supervisor/point person, Orlando R, was informative, knowledgeable and addressed ALL of my concerns.

Met with George Dubois, very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Out of three quotes, we, as well as our neighbors went with Schick Roofing. From the time we signed the contract, we had a new roof within two weeks. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. The roof was completed in one day. They use the highest grade materials at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Schick Roofing. They are fantastic.

We just had our roof replaced and are more than satisfied with the end result and service provided by 3MG. David always made himself available to me and my wife from the beginning of the process all the way through closure. Just like most construction projects, there are unforeseen obstacles that were encountered but David and the rest of the 3MG management made sure it got addressed in a timely manner and did not walk away until we were satisfied which they always backed up. No regrets and would be happy to provide a referral.

We had a roof replaced on a home we just purchased. Advantage Roofing did a great job! They were very responsive, professional, and timely. The roof looks great, and they were also able to fix a vent issue in our attic. We would definitely recommend!

My first interaction with Renee was awesome she was timely and respectful and helped me throughout the entire process and kept me well informed. She definitely went above and beyond to assist me with getting a new roof. My roof was replaced last week and it looks amazing. The workers made sure to clean up after themselves and the dumpster was picked up the morning after the job was completed. It took 2 days to complete the job. The day after my new roof was finished we had heavy rains and have had heavy rains for the last 3 days and I have not had any issues with leaks or the workmanship. Our roof was completely replaced by BFARR last week, and we also had gutters installed the day after construction concluded. We had a great experience with Shannon Large, Carlos, Noel, and the whole crew. Shannon took his time answering our questions and clearly addressing our concerns. His direct, friendly manner put me and my wife at ease, and we knew at the conclusion of our first meeting that we wanted to do business with this particular company. They were able to start much more quickly than we expected (one of the benefits of living in Seminole County, but BFARR didn't waste any time submitting our paperwork). Shannon kept us in the loop at every turn (texts and phone calls), and we were never surprised by any of the stages we went thru as part of the process. I noticed he quickly escalated from text to phone call as soon as he detected any misunderstandings in our conversation--a sure sign we were dealing with a professional. Pro tip: If you are going to buy pizza for the workers on their last day (and you should), they like vegetables. Also: *lunch* is the meal you want to buy them, not dinner--they start their work day early, and would like to get home to their families as soon as they get off work. We used Thomas Roofing & Repair to repair our leaking roof. Thomas Roofing & Repair team did a great job. They showed up on time the day they scheduled the repair, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the repair quickly and as scheduled. Later that day I noticed something they missed, called them and they sent the crew again to complete the repair, reliable company that stand behind their work. I highly recommend Thomas Roofing & Repair for roofing.

Aaron met with us beforehand and explained our options, bringing things up to code, all the warantees, and what to expect during install. Made our decision very easy! The office kept in touch while supplies were ordered and scheduled at our convenience. The crew was fantastic, keeping us informed every step of the way without being a bother. They found a spot that was rotting and replaced the wood--an expense that Aaron had talked about and included in the estimate, so there were no surprises at the end. Skylights do NOT leak, which was our biggest worry. Everything was cleaned up like they had never been there. For any roofing work in the future I will call them again. We would give them a 100 if we could. Yuri and Sam came to our home after Hurricane Sally. They did all the work necessary to get our roof and gutters replaced. They are extremely professional, forthcoming and so very pleasant. We do not recommend very many contractors but this company is the best! The roof is beautiful and the clean up is impeccable. I had a new roof put on my house in 2016. It was very much needed and probably saved me from having lots of damage to my house the following year when a hurricane came through Orlando. I didn’t lose a single shingle during that storm. Dave Lundburg came out and gave me the quote himself and everything went as it should. They were there when they scheduled my work and the work was completed in a few days (they had to remove an old rock roof and replace it with architectural shingles and rolled roofing on my garage). I had several friends who had also used them before I did, so I knew in advance they did good work! I would use them again if needed!

This was a fantastic company to work with from start to finish. The project manager was thorough and made sure each strep of the process was completed at the highest quality. The install was seamless and done w excellence. Cleanup was great and dumpster was on time delivering and picking up. Just an awesome company. I would highly recommend this company.

JTO replaced my roof and gutters a few months ago due to hail damage. We had a wonderful experience with Dustin handling the claim process. The roof was replaced with quality materials and the gutters went up quickly. Even with family inside and having the work done during the pandemic we were highly satisfied. We would recommend JTO to do your roof or gutter replacement also.

Your sales rep , Brandon Mitchell, was very professional and timely with his arrival. He also gave a thorough explanation of the roof cleaning service I would be receiving. On the day of the roof cleaning, Zack and his assistant arrived on time. Spent time making sure all plants were thoroughly covered, and explained in detail how they would be proceeding. After a great job cleaning the roof, Zack then explained areas they had to hit extra hard, areas to pay close attention to, and answered all questions I posed to them. Greg, the owner, came to my house himself for my roof inspection. He explained the condition of the roof and gave me several options for repair. Ultimately I needed a new roof. He assisted me with product choices etc., answered all my questions, and explained the process. The office staff, especially Helen, were prompt with providing all the information I needed and answering any questions. The workers who did the roof were outstanding. They worked none stop. Even my neighbors commented on their work ethic. They also took time to make sure everything is cleaned up and there were no nails etc. Everyone was professional and always on time. I would gladly recommend this company if you need a new roof and wanted to deal with someone who has integrity and honesty.

Native Building Services & Roofing installed our roof a few years ago and we were very pleased. The owner and his crew were professional, skilled and respected our home and property. They helped us navigate the insurance process and worked well with the HOA. Just last night we noticed a leak. (It's been about three years since the new roof was installed.) We reached out to them and the owner was here this morning, looking into it. He suspects the leak is from a window. He showed me the area of concern and pointed out the construction of the house to explain why he drew the conclusion he did . Even though he doesn't believe it's a roofing issue he went ahead and sealed the area for a temporary fix until the window guy can get out here. Responsiveness and customer service like this are no longer the standard, they are the exception. If you want a contractor who will show up on time, do the job well, and take pride and care in their work, then you, too, should use Native Building Services & Roofing.

I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the roofers. They made sub-roofing repair as needed. The crews were very prompt and courteous. The price was competitive. The point man Tyler Wormley was very good to work with. He went out of his way to insure my satisfaction. He promptly handled a couple minor follow-up issues. I've recommended them to my neighbors.

I was referred to these guys by a friend. I called the company and got Edgar as an agent. He was friendly, professional and super helpful. He came out and looked it over then told me to call the insurance adjuster but to make sure he could be there when they came. Edgar showed up with the adjuster and they walked the roof together. He took care of the paperwork and was the liaison with the insurance company. It was awesome and no hassle. Once the claim was initiated his guts showed up and went to work. Robert was the foreman for my team and he called me consistently letting me know their progress. Once the first half of the work was done they had to wait for the inspector. When they hadn’t heard anything they actually reached out to me and see if he had come by. I said I wasn’t sure because I was out of town so they asked me to check the permit for his initials. Sure enough it was there and when I told them so they said ok we’ll be back tomorrow. They came back the next day and it was done. The roof looks beautiful and the trim actually matches the rest of the house as if it was planned that way. These guys are top notch and I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Less

I engaged Roof Top Services to repair some shingle damage left from a passive solar system reinstall. The company worked with me to schedule at my convenience. Christian showed up to do the work at the appointed time. He did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and cleaned up after the work was completed. I have used Roof Top Services in the past and will continue to use them for all of my roofing needs. I would recommend them with no reservations.

What a great experience. From beginning to end Calloway went above and beyond. From the first appointment with LaWren we were set up with expectations and they delivered. Competence goes a long way. My rep (Marissa) was very knowledgeable and on top of the project at all times. The office always picked up, had a great attitude, and helped me when I called. Roofing team showed up on time, were fast due to the size of the team, and did a great job overall. Contractors/partners used for the gutters and screens provided same high attention to detail and friendliness. Glad I chose Sheegog with something as significant and pricey as home repair.

I am extremely pleased with Proguard. My roof was damaged during a hailstorm and I worked with Steve who made the process as easy as possible. My insurance company did their best to make the approval and payment of my claim as difficult as possible, but Steve stayed on top of them throughout. My insurance company dragged the process on for 7 months but Steve was persistent and kept me updated. I would highly recommend Proguard to anyone in need of a new roof.

I chose Baker Roofing to replace my roof shingles and they did a fantastic job! From Will Gurney who did a thorough review of my roof and provided my estimate to Clint Compton who was my project manager to Jaime Moreno who headed up a great crew, I could not be happier with the work done. Everyone involved was professional and the crew was extremely hard-working and did great work on my roof. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a high-quality roofing job on your home. Handy provided a printed detailed quote before he left after inspecting the house. It was very reasonable and seemed quite thorough. We needed a few extra days to decide on the color of shingle and they used that time to do all the prep work and flat roof work (a fair amount of wood replacement including fascia). So the actual installation was finally pretty quick. It looks great. They even painted the whirlybirds to match! Handy did a great job helping us with shingle selection and working with us through the whole process. We strongly recommend Top Notch.

The owner of the company came by and did the original checkout of my roof. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional and the quoted price for the 3 repairs was, to the cent, what he said it would be. Later his scheduler worked out a time that was convenient for me. When the tradesmen arrived, they came early and were very professional and got the work done without issue. I will be using them in the future and if you're on the fence about two companies, choose this one. The workmanship speaks for itself and the team running the company is very cordial.

The Roofing Experts were great. Damian Punnara was my project manager and went above and beyond. He even went and picked up fascia for me that had nothing to do with their scope of work. Very responsive, professional, and focused on customer satisfaction. I have no problem with giving him a strong recommendation. The crew that came to do the work were great. They kept cleaning as the project was ongoing, were easy to communicate with, and did excellent work.

Joshua worked hard to meet our needs and team was always on time and professional.
