Not sure where the other reviews came from, but my experience was totally the opposite. My list of gut wrenching nightmares was too numerous to waste any more time on, I can only leave bullet points if you're considering them. *Aside from scheduling, they showed up with three, non-English speaking 'Roofers'...with NO ladder. *30 minutes later they constructed a ladder out of $30.00 of MY 2x4's. *NO supervisor, and they had no clue what they were doing. *Used Ply to repair OSB roofing, made them take it off (Supervisor still not on site). *Cut up another $30.00 of 2x4 for un-needed truss repair, No Supervisor on site. *I now have 1 1/4" nails thru my exposed interior roof that I somehow need to grind off.... Supervisor showed up, brought a ladder. *And this was only day one. I have never been so close to a nervous breakdown as in dealing with Thomas, a month later I am still a wreck! and still picking up nails, debris....not to mention the damaged flowering trees, run over plants, run over Ash can! Really!!!! Oh, there's more, I just don't want to re-live this nightmare. Stay away, stay far, far away! p.s. Jeremy tried.
