Had two leaks develop in my roof. Contacted Thomas Roofing, and long story short, the repair techs fixed my roof about 5 weeks later. Longer than I would have liked, but the process was easy, the value for my money was good, and most importantly, every single person from the lady answering the phones (she was a joy!) to the techs who actually did the repair were kind, pleasant, and professional. Apparently there was an internal shake-up AND a big commercial job that happened at the same time when I inquired, so I’m fine with the time it took. There hasn’t been a big rain yet since the repair took place that would allow me to evaluate the quality of work, but from all appearances it’s solid. I’d go to Thomas again in the future with all my roofing needs!
