I used them to replace my rolled roof when other roofers would not accept the job because it was a shared roof between units. They gave me a written quote of the work to be done, were helpful in selecting the materials and colors and we prompt with communications. They are busy! I had to wait a month for a time slot but it was well worth it. City inspection was approved and my insurance was able to be renewed.
