If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This not the first time I have used Gold Key and I am sure it will not be the last. They are total professionals . They put a new roof on my mother's house. She is 89 and does not hear very well, and easily confused. They took so much time with her, explaining every step along the way, while keeping me completely in the loop. Just outstanding customer service from everyone involved. However, a special shout out and extra stars for Alexis and Shawn who kept the wheels moving and the information sharing seamless. The guys are the BEST!
