Baker staff live up to their reputation and the company’s motto of always good work. Their work ethic is impeccable, and their integrity and attention to detail is unrivaled. Baker recently installed HardiePlank on my home. I have high praise for all throughout the process starting with LaSonya in the office who answered my initial questions, Rob who provided the estimate and quickly answered my follow up questions, Pete who managed the installation taking care that all details were handled to perfection, Alex, Lonnie and Arnold, the installation team who took care at every turn to ensure the precision of the installation, the roofing crew who made sure the roof installed by another company several years ago was brought up to proper standards, and finally Marcos and his team who handled the finishing touches with the sealing and painting tasks. Pete was always a step ahead working with my schedule for a stress-free process, no small task. (After the job was finished, another service technician asked about the siding and finishing work because he was so impressed.) I am thrilled I chose Baker and highly recommend them.
