Great family business, honest hard working people. When I called and made an appointment for the roof inspection with Next Level Roofers, Gregg Bovich, who is the company owner came over himself, he answered all my questions, provided me with the samples of their products and left contact information. Contacting the office was very easy, all my emails were answered within a few hours. I probably made dozens of phone calls and not once I've got an answering machine. Helen and Denise were a pleasure to talk with. They were knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process from start to finish. All items in the contract were fair, I didn't feel that it was biased in any way. When the time came to replace the roof, Helen arranged for my property a dumpster on wheels, simply because I was worrying about the possibility of damaging the driveway by the roll-out dumpster. Roof replacement took one and half days. By the end of the second day the dumpster was gone and the property was cleaned from all roofing debris. County inspector came the same day and asked to seal some areas around fascias. My roofers came back early the next morning, did what had to be done and the same day my roof passed the inspection. Absolutely everybody was very polite, accommodating and professional: office staff, management & roof replacement crew, I definitely will use this company in the future and will recommend them to all my friends and colleagues.

A roofing company that actually does what they say and shows up! Excellent people and we love our beautiful new metal roof.
