Excellent value, quality work, and top-notch service. Gold Key's long-term experience serving the community means they have solid crews who know exactly what they're doing and how to adjust to the the inevitable, unexpected challenges that arise on any roofing job. Ashley kept the communication lines open from day one, answering all questions and keeping us apprised of the schedule. Every aspect of this project was professional and highly organized. A clear explanation of all work was provided, the work itself was efficient and not only of the highest standard, but exhibiting the kind of extra commitment to excellence that one might expect of a roofer doing work on their own home. The cost of the project (a roof replacement) was reasonable. The customer service was exemplary. I would recommend them to anyone with roofing issues or in need of a new roof.
