My roof was in very bad condition and had multiple leaks. I called them and they came out right away. They worked with my insurance and got my roof approved. They did a great job. Very happy with their quality of work.
I previously used Baker for my roof back in 2019 which is one main reason why I went back to them for house vinyl siding. Robert Holt was my sales rep and provided good recommendations in choosing which siding would enhance the overall look. Robert Allen was the Project Manager and kept me informed as far as timing; when the gutters needed to come down, how the existing carport would be attached to the house as well as incorporating my existing security cameras using pvc board opposed to having screws make holes in the vinyl. He was also responsive to any questions/concerns I had. Santos was the main installer, knowledgeable and very skilled. The whole crew was diligent and focused.
