I needed a new roof and had a timeline from my Homeowners Ins. Janney Roofing came highly recommended by my neighbor who is a subcontractor. I did seek several other quotes, but after meeting Alex who helped me with everything I needed to do to get this project started, I chose Janne Roofing. Alex answered all my questions, was readily available to me for any further needs or questions. My job had a project manager named Brady, who was just as professional and very friendly, and communicative in a timely manner, to my satisfaction. I unfortunately had a death in my family just before the start of the new roof project, and needed to delay by one week. Alex had that taken care of quickly. Janney Roofing sent me a condolence card the very next day and a fruit basket. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. Very kind and thoughtful!! I am so darn thrilled to have a beautiful new roof on and just in time for hurricane season. I won’t have to worry about staying dry. Janney goes above and beyond for its customers, and they treat us like family. Special thank you to Annette for her thoughtfulness and kind words at a time so needed.
