Both the estimator and roof cleaners showed up on time and were very professional. They explained the entire process to me before doing the work. They did a great job; I couldn't be happier with the results. I requested before and after photos, which they sent to me. They're licensed and insured, which gives me peace of mind. I have gotten lower quotes from other fly-by-night, uninsured roof cleaners, but I'd much rather pay a little more for professionals.
