I am extremely happy that we called J&M. Dave Freeman walked us through the claims process. He was always available to answer questions along the way. Initially, our claim was denied. Rus stepped in and continued to guide the process to the finished new roof. The insurance company dug in and did not settle till arbitration, but with Rus and the attorney on our side, a settlement was reached. I was overly anxious at times, but Rus talked me down off the ledge more than a few times. I highly recommend this company and their very competent and professional staff.
