If outstanding results, premium service and communication combined with good old-fashioned expertise are what you expect, then Janney Roofing is the only company I recommend. My Project Manager was Jerry and from the first conversation I knew I had the right outfit. Jerry never failed to immediately answer a call, explain a concern or address a potential issue before it became a problem, and he was never unavailable. Everyone at the office was professional and courteous with the same attention to keeping the customer informed and happy. The crew that did the hard work - I spent a lot of time watching them - they probably thought I was watching over their shoulders, but I was in awe of their workmanship and system of getting everything done efficiently and professionally. After their display of expertise on the roof, I was again beyond impressed with the process of cleaning up all the nails - the crew had these huge powerful magnets on long sticks and scoured the yard. I could not find one nail after the job was complete. Not 1 nail. I cannot think of one thing negative to say about this experience. I've run Quality Assurance and managed numerous projects at 3 different "Top 100" corporations, and trust me, I am not easy to impress, and I never abandon desired/intended results. That said, Janney Roofing gets 5 stars for exceeding my expectations in every category I can think of, and they have a really positive, good energy.
