BFARR recently replaced our roof and gutters and did a great job! We received several estimates and chose BFARR as their price seemed fair and their roofing system and options stood above the rest. We were also very impressed with Brian who provided a very thorough estimate and answered all of our many questions. He was always quick to respond and understood this was an investment for us and made us feel confident about our purchase. He took extra time and care to make sure we understood the process and were happy every step of the way! The roofing crew was fast, professional and took great care to make sure our yard was clean when they finished the job. I would highly recommend BFARR to anyone!

Greg and his team did a great job and I highly recommend! We moved into a new house and needed about a total of 10 ceiling fans, chandeliers, kitchen pendants and dining room light fixtures installed. From day one, they were very responsive, honest in their pricing and very friendly. They were able to accommodate my last minute request to add a few dimmer lights in the kitchen & dining area. I’m VERY happy with the work & will definitely use them again in the future!

BFarr Contracting replaced our roof and we are very pleased with everything about the process and workmanship. Brian San Pedro walked us thru the process and Brian Walton, GM, got us the shingles we wanted. Not an easy task these days with the shortage in shingles. Our roof was done in two days and the roofing team were experts. We highly recommend them.

The guys at BFARR were great. Brian W. was great; he came out and explained the process and the options on the materials. Brian also kept us informed with everything that was going on. The new roof was very affordable. The roofers showed up about 730 am and worked longer than I expected. I think they left after 630 in the evening. They cleaned up the yard and the driveway. It was a very smooth process. All in all if we had to make the choice again I would call them. Pictures before and after…

I needed new roof for my house . I interviewed many roofers in brevard county and orlando. I took my time to get it right. Bryan the owner came thru and his project manager Brian and their crew did a great job . They use the best materials and gave us the best value . Good communication. Good value . GAF materials throughout. .We are very happy with our new roof.

A great company that has super great workers. I had my roof replaced and it’s not a common style of roof, I have a barn style roof. When it was done Blake said he didn’t like how one part was done and he found a solution and had it corrected right away. Could not have asked for a better company. If I texted I got a response very quickly and if I called and they couldn’t answer I was called back with in 1 hour every time. Most times they answered when called. This is a great company to use.

Our roof was completely replaced by BFARR last week, and we also had gutters installed the day after construction concluded. We had a great experience with Shannon Large, Carlos, Noel, and the whole crew. Shannon took his time answering our questions and clearly addressing our concerns. His direct, friendly manner put me and my wife at ease, and we knew at the conclusion of our first meeting that we wanted to do business with this particular company. They were able to start much more quickly than we expected (one of the benefits of living in Seminole County, but BFARR didn’t waste any time submitting our paperwork). Shannon kept us in the loop at every turn (texts and phone calls), and we were never surprised by any of the stages we went thru as part of the process. I noticed he quickly escalated from text to phone call as soon as he detected any misunderstandings in our conversation–a sure sign we were dealing with a professional. Pro tip: If you are going to buy pizza for the workers on their last day (and you should), they like vegetables. Also: *lunch* is the meal you want to buy them, not dinner–they start their work day early, and would like to get home to their families as soon as they get off work.
