After the inspection, he advised me on his findings and explained everything involved with reproofing my house. He left me with no questions and never pressured me to commit on the spot or sign anything until I decided to go with them. They tore off the roof in one day and reroofed the next day while repairing some leaks. They completed the project on time with no “surprises”. Throughout the process, Jason Milton and his crew managers were there to address all my concerns and silly questions. The quality of work was excellent too. Most professional construction company! They identified the extent of damage done to our roof as a result of the hurricane in 2017, provided documentation to our insurance company, and the insurance company funded the replacement of the roof. They also repaired interior water damage and replaced the gutters. The job was completed very quickly from start to finish, absolutely no hassle, and work crews were very professional and cleaned up the site on a daily basis. Ryan Kruse was our contact person who kept us informed on an ongoing basis, and performed an excellent job! I would highly recommend Carroll Bradford Roofing for any roofing jobs!

He was extremely, knowledgeable, honest, responsive with any questions or concerns I had, did what he said he would do, put my mind at ease that they would take care of dealing with the insurance adjuster with my involvement when required, take care of all permitting and most of all me, the customer being satisfied 100% from start to finish every step of the way. Carroll Bradford Roofing replaced our roof in Apopka, Florida in March 2021. They exceeded our expectations. Jason Milton and Chris Burdette stayed in good communications throughout the entire process. The price was fair. And their crew was also very efficient; hard workers. Afterward they did a near-perfect job of cleaning up the area. If that wasn’t enough, another crew came back just to double-check 100%. Very impressive. Now that the job is complete our family feels better about our decision to get this project finalized. A Company that rocks! I specifically work with Ryan Kruse and he is amazing. You hear about some companies out there that just want to rip off insurance companies for a new roof. These guys are different. They want what is best for you, the homeowner, without having to falsify or manipulate. I absolutely trust Ryan and refer him to anyone wanting a high quality roof for a fair price. No wonder this company has such high reviews and satisfied clients. The roof is the most expensive part of homeownership, not to mention the most important as it keeps everything inside safe and dry. Don’t skimp on this decision to save a few hundred bucks. This company name, CARROLL BRADFORD, was an unknown name to me. After speaking with the Sales Consultant, SHANE AMY, I realized the corporate name didn’t matter (even though it does). SHANE AMY quickly became a likable friend whom I trusted with the details of this working relationship.. Mr. Amy was on top of all segments of the financial and working process. I have seen other roofers in our neighborhood take 10 to 14 days to replace a roof. A Big Shout Out to the Team Leader and the CARROLL BRADFORD guys on the roof, I counted seven, and they were done and 1 and 1/2 days. It was like everyone on the Team knew what they had to do, and it got done on a timely process. When, and if, SHANE AMY should knock on your door, Listen to him, make a friend, and take care of your new roof.
