However, I wanted to take a moment to comment on how professional, knowledgeable, kind & patient Johnny has been while helping me navigate an ordeal regarding my roof with my insurance company. True customer service thus far … and I’ve not yet even been able to start work with Johnny & Lewis Roofing as yet!

Needed a new roof and requested information from an online service that connects you with roofers. I was contacted promptly by Lewis Roofing, and met their sales person Justin within days. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to guide us to the right roof. The process from signing the contract to completion and final inspection approval was with a week or so. Very pleased with the level of service and quality of roof we received. They were even respectful to my tree covered property and didn’t damage any of my landscape. I also liked their supplier – ABC Roofing (or close to). Their sub was also very respectful and professional. Thanks again.

We recently had a damaged roof and contacted Lewis Roofing. Justice Hill was our manager contact and we can’t say enough great things. He/they were efficient, always available weekdays/ends and returned calls. Justice kept us up to date throughout the process and we were grateful. And now we have a beautiful roof. After Sally I was apprehensive about how 🤔 to move on repairs. The first guy🕴 that knocked at my door 🚪 was Terry Muller. His demeanor was inspiring to me and I signed with his company. The appraisal and inspection went smoothly and quickly. We met with Jasper Klinger the Office Manager who showed our options. Dealing with the insurance company 🙄 took time but we eventually got the check and the results were finally complete. Now every time I am out front of the 🏠 I thoroughly enjoy your handiwork. I’m absolutely in love with the way my new roof looks. Kudo’s to those hard working men who put on our new roof. They did a amazing job. I worked with Kym Cole who helped me from the very beginning. She was there helping me step by step on what I should do with my inspection to my insurance claim all the way to picking out my shingle style. She always answered my questions in a timely manner(and I had a lot considering I was a first timer for getting any major construction work done to my home). She was very knowledgeable on helping me get the claim to my roof right down to what type and color shingles I should get on my roof. Lewis Roofing and Kym gave me a wonderful easy experience. I highly recommend this company.

My first interaction with Renee was awesome she was timely and respectful and helped me throughout the entire process and kept me well informed. She definitely went above and beyond to assist me with getting a new roof. My roof was replaced last week and it looks amazing. The workers made sure to clean up after themselves and the dumpster was picked up the morning after the job was completed. It took 2 days to complete the job. The day after my new roof was finished we had heavy rains and have had heavy rains for the last 3 days and I have not had any issues with leaks or the workmanship. I definitely recommend Lewis Roofing to anyone that needs their roof replaced or repaired. Thank you Lewis for your professionalism and assistance with helping my family get a new roof before the rainy season. You guys rock!
