The owner of the company came by and did the original checkout of my roof. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional and the quoted price for the 3 repairs was, to the cent, what he said it would be. Later his scheduler worked out a time that was convenient for me. When the tradesmen arrived, they came early and were very professional and got the work done without issue. I will be using them in the future and if you’re on the fence about two companies, choose this one. The workmanship speaks for itself and the team running the company is very cordial.

This is a family run business that takes care of their customers like they’re family. Everyone was very communicative, timely, and friendly. The work on my roof was done in less than a day, with very little mess, and it looks great! I would definitely use them again for any roof issue in the future.

This company exemplifies what a good business is. How people should treat each other. I cannot giver a higher praise than giving them more business. They have done my homes (over the years) as well as several homes of friends and family. I can say they are efficient, careful, and thorough. I love that they even care about my children and dogs, running magnets along the ground over and over to make sure no nails reach them even after laying a tarp down to catch most of the strays. I would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat.

I have my roof replaced by Winter Park Roofing in 2014, they did it with competitive pricing and professionalism. My roof was all good for six years until last week when a small leaking at one corner was found, I phoned the company on Monday and they sent a roofer to my house on Tuesday. It appeared that the sealant on a wall flashing had dried out, and the roofer resealed it and resealed all shingles on the parapet wall and all is well now. I appreciate their timeliness in responding to a warranty service call, and shall have no problem in use their service again when a roofing need arises in the future.

James, the owner, gave me the original estimate for repairing a leaking sunroom roof. While he was on the roof he cleaned out a 12′ gutter without being asked. When he prepared to leave, he noticed a Vietnam Veteran decal on my truck and told me to tell the office I was a vet and I would be given a 10% discount on the bid. The bid was accepted and the work was performed, on time, with no mess. The first fix didn’t completely solve the problem so the company returned and successfully corrected the problem. The original visit and both repair visits were on-time. The office, James, and the repair crew were friendly and professional. We highly recommend Winter Park Roofing!

This roofing company is AWESOME! We researched several companies and hands down Winter Park Roofing was by far the best of all them. They have great customer service, they walked us through the project step by step. I would recommend them to anyone. Great value, ultra professional crew. They exceeded my expectations!

These guys are great. They did my roof 6 years ago at a fair price and gave me a 10 year warranty. I called them last week about an issue and they came out and fixed it under warranty within a couple of days!
