Todd came out gave me a well priced estimate that included a craftsmanship warranty and fixed my leak the same day. Very happy with this service.

Very happy I went with Todd. I wasn’t sure at first when he pulled up his truck – let’s just say it wasn’t the most polished work truck I’ve seen. But, it’s a good feeling to call a company and speak to the owner directly, then see him on the job doing the work. He communicated well, seemed like an honest straight-forward guy.

I was referred to Todd from a friend that also had a repair and inspection done. And I couldn’t be happier with his services. He did it ALL. He was the person that answered the phone all the way to coming out and giving me a estimate on the spot and got started on the work that day!!! And finished it all that day!!! I was amazed with how easy he made it. I also enrolled in his annual roof maintenance program. I look forward to seeing him again.

I had 3 company’s come out and give me a inspection/estimate for a stain on the ceiling/leak in my guest room. 2 of the companys said simliarly the same thing..that I need a 10×10,5×5 section of shingles removed and redone for $1200-$1500. They got on my roof and did some looking aorund in the area and said they had seen enough. They did NOT even get in the attic. Todds first thing was to ask for access to attic. He was up and at the leak in the room within mins, he had recorded his journey through the attic on his cellphone and showed me the leak area and the spot the leak was coming from. I WAS AMAZED. He explained to me what I was looking at and what the issue was. It was 1 nail!!!!!! YES just 1 nail. I couldn’t believe it. He then got on the roof checked that same area as the other “roofers” and pin pointed a spot and said, ok so this is definitely the leak, hows 150$ sound?. I was hesitant at first it sounded to good to be true. I asked when someone could come fix it. He said he could do it right then. SO I said ok lets do it. within 15 mins he was done!!! Invoice and craftsmanship warranty(didnt even know that was included) in hand within another 15 mins.

Buying a new home and wanted an independent inspection done on the roof. Very happy with the services provided. Todd was able to find multiple spots that were issues – I was then able to show the seller and get a significant amount taken off for the repairs needed.

Todd and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgable, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and made me feel confident in the repair. They were prompt and respectful of my time and made me feel valued as a customer. Will definitely refer friends and family. Thanks again!

Todd was great to work with from start to finish. I own/run a small business as well and can appreciate a strong work ethic with great customer service. If you are in the market for a roofer, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not contacting Coopinger Quality Roofing first. I would recommend this place to my grandma and rest easy knowing they won’t take advantage or do a bad job. They were great to work with from start to finish.
