It is not often, in these times, that I feel a person can put total trust in someone to keep a promise. You and I recognized, at our first meeting, that we could trust one another. What a refreshing way to do business. It was not only you who kept that promise to me, but J&M. You are fortunate to work for a company that has your back and truly respects it’s customers. It is seldom that a customer has such great communication with a representative and is made pears of every step. Esti, this went from devastation on my part to a brand new roof on my home. I was devastated because my insurance company denied my claim telling me that the damage was less than my deductible. I knew I had some really serious damage and knew I could never afford to repair, never mind replace, my roof. The interior damage,caused by the roof leaks, was significant. I am extremely happy that we called J&M. Dave Freeman walked us through the claims process. He was always available to answer questions along the way. Initially, our claim was denied. Rus stepped in and continued to guide the process to the finished new roof. The insurance company dug in and did not settle till arbitration, but with Rus and the attorney on our side, a settlement was reached. I was overly anxious at times, but Rus talked me down off the ledge more than a few times. I highly recommend this company and their very competent and professional staff.

I received a knock on my door from pleasant young man named Aaron Virgilio. He shared with me that he was in the area inspecting roofs for damage and was willing to inspect mine at no cost to me. I told him go ahead but I wasn’t paying for any inspection. He came down worh a diagram and many pictures of my damaged room. He guided me on how to contact my insurance and stayed even reached out to them himself. Due to wind damage, I received a new roof for the cost of my wind damage deductible ($1,000). His team came out and installed my roof, including the color and style of shingles I picked. Soon after that, several neighbors where asking me who I used and at least 10 more have used him without any issues. Highly recommend this company. Call and ask for an Aaron Virgilio. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

After a hail storm I called J and M. That same day Robbie came out and walked my roof. He advised there was not enough damage worth filing a claim but was able to address some other some issues. Quick responses and professional.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with our home in Tavares, FL. Dave Freeman helped us every step of the way to make sure we felt comfortable and get us exactly what we needed. After a hail storm I called J&M. That same day, Robbie came out and walked my roof. Robbie advised me that there wasn’t enough damage that would be worth filing a claim over, but he addressed some other minor issues. Fast response and professional.

Amazing service and even more amazing people. Even with me living out of state the team took the time to work with me and get the paper work needed, getting the job done plus they were extremely understanding about the time and communication issues with the distance. David went above and beyond expectations for service and answering questions and Farah always had fast replies and always got to the root of any bumps or issues that popped up to get the job done. Highly recommended for all roofing services. Tony also offered to help and was able to step in if David was unavailable.

I discovered a small leak following a storm and contacted J&M after a little on-line research. David Freeman called me and made arrangements to come out and inspect. He determined that I needed a new roof and helped navigate the process of dealing with my insurance company. Long story short, the whole process was smooth and stress-free; thanks in large part to Dave’s efforts. The roof looks GREAT! I’ve gotten several compliments from neighbors.
