Mallard Systems

Mallard Systems did a great job pressure washing our tile roof and our driveway. The technicians were professional and really knew what they were doing. They were very efficient as well. The technicians had 8 years of experience pressure washing tile roofs, and you could tell by how they worked. I definitely recommend Mallard Systems to anyone who needs quality pressure washing.

Edit, Aug 14: The supervisor came to the home and apologized. He offered to do whatever it took to make things right and I really appreciate that. That level of customer service is what I appreciate the most, and the integrity displayed by the company to make amends for the issues. All is well now. This morning, Anthony and his team pressure washed the roof, drive, sidewalk and exterior of our rental home. The drive and sidewalk look clean but after further inspection, there was a lot of damage to our plants and landscaping. See attached photos. I don’t care how unnecessarily clean the drive way and sidewalk look, the level of care for our hard work in keeping plants and landscaping negates everything else. The last one, was a very delicate cutting of a Frangipani we’ve been growing for over a year. None of the pictured damage was noted on the work order, only the cracks in the sidewalk and driveway.

The techs called ahead and arrived on time. They pressure washed my sidewalks, driveway, chimney, house sides, and roof carves. The job was completed on time, about four hours, and nothing was missed. Their truck mounted compressor was very quiet and a lot less odor than I expected. All plants were covered and rinsed off. The job site was left clean and my hose coiled for me. I do wish that the techs had a tablet so that I could process my credit card with them. I gave them a check. I will use them again.

A great experience. 2 guys came and got our whole roof cleaned and we’re gone in just a couple of hours. They helped us move a few plants and our kids toys even though they didn’t have to. They were very professional and courteous. 10/10

Mallard did a wonderful job. They cleaned the black mold off our shingled roof. It looks brand new! They pressure cleaned our house, back porch, driveway and sidewalks. They also cleaned our windows on the outside. Jack and Ace are a credit to the company. They even cleaned the green mold off our fence gates. They also took care to protect our plants around the house. We’re very happy with the results. We’ll use Mallard again when needed.

Mallard is always at the top of the list in choosing low pressure washing cleanings for your siding or roof. I have been using them for over 10 years. They’ll come out and give you an estimate without even being home. They can even do the inspection using a drone. How cool is that? Their prices are on the higher end in comparison to many other competitors out there but their quality of workmanship has no comparison. I had my roof cleaned and the min charge for any rood is 400.00. Granted the average price typically ranges between 250.00 – 300.00 for the other guys out there. However, as they say, you get what you pay for. My roof looks as good now as the day it was installed 7 years ago. My roof will typically stay clean for 24 months after their service. The chemicals they use also deter future algae buildup. They even go the extra mile to protect your plants and their techs are very professional. I’ve used them for my siding and driveway in the past. Highly recommended.

Fantastic job cleaning and sealing my tile roof. I would highly recommend Mallard Systems. The Team is very user friendly and professional. They took meticulous care to insure the plants were safe and left the yard very clean. We know have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. My wife inherited her mother’s home in Deltona and was getting it ready to sell. The roof was dirty and had some of that black spot on it. We were referred to Mallard Systems for cleaning the roof. We were a bit challenged as we live out of state and had to really rely of their integrity. They were very easy to work with and understood our situation. They scheduled the cleaning and kept us informed every step of the way. While they were there, we were called and told the gutters were in need of cleaning and they could do that at very little cost while they were there. When they were through the results were amazing, the roof looked brand new! We found the cost to be very reasonable and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Your sales rep , Brandon Mitchell, was very professional and timely with his arrival. He also gave a thorough explanation of the roof cleaning service I would be receiving. On the day of the roof cleaning, Zack and his assistant arrived on time. Spent time making sure all plants were thoroughly covered, and explained in detail how they would be proceeding. They did a great job; I couldn’t be happier with the results. I requested before and after photos, which they sent to me. They’re licensed and insured, which gives me peace of mind. I have gotten lower quotes from other fly-by-night, uninsured roof cleaners, but I’d much rather pay a little more for professionals.
