I run a nonprofit horse rescue and sought donations for building materials to accommodate the influx of rescues. From initial consultation to completion NBS exceeded expectations. They were a great value and provided a quality product. They went out of their way to accommodate some of our unique requests, like delivering the drip edge early so we could paint them. There were a few minor issues left by the installers, but NBS was quick to resolve them without question. We also really appreciated that Victor didn’t give us the “used car salesman” pitch during the initial quote, he was very down to earth and genuine. The whole process from start to finish was quick, easy and painless. We’ve already recommended them to friends.

Native Building Services & Roofing installed our roof a few years ago and we were very pleased. The owner and his crew were professional, skilled and respected our home and property. They helped us navigate the insurance process and worked well with the HOA. Just last night we noticed a leak. (It’s been about three years since the new roof was installed.) We reached out to them and the owner was here this morning, looking into it. He suspects the leak is from a window. He showed me the area of concern and pointed out the construction of the house to explain why he drew the conclusion he did . Even though he doesn’t believe it’s a roofing issue he went ahead and sealed the area for a temporary fix until the window guy can get out here. Responsiveness and customer service like this are no longer the standard, they are the exception. If you want a contractor who will show up on time, do the job well, and take pride and care in their work, then you, too, should use Native Building Services & Roofing.

Best roofing company and family owned! I decided what I wanted on a Wednesday, they pulled permits and started on a Monday, completed by the weekend! I had to wait a couple weeks for the gutters, but the whole job looks amazing and was a very competitive price! Their crew works hard morning until dark. We had a tree fall on our roof and NBS was great helping us navigate the insurance claim and replacing our roof. Any issues that came up quickly became non-issues because they were immediately responsive. This is truly a local family business. I had cell phone numbers of the owner, job supervisors, office people. I saw the same people during the job and if there was going to be any change they let me know in advance and made sure I had the contact info for who would be on site. I never felt I was a bother with all my questions and really felt they wanted to make sure I was happy with the job during the entire process.
