Next Level Roofers

Gregg originally came to inspect my roof leak. He was friendly and professional and provided clear explanation as to what he believed to be the cause, showing me photos of the issue (at a screw in the roof) and later provided an estimate. When he returned to do the work, he had the employee with him, who would be doing the work, inspect it again with him, and they determined that they would not have to do the repair as originally planned. And, due to the limited work required, to my pleasant surprise, Gregg advised that there would be no charge as he presented me with the rusty nail telling me to contact him if I did find any future issue. It is not always easy as a homeowner to try to find companies to do repairs where you don’t sometimes feel as if you are being taken advantage of. This was a great experience and if I do end up having any future issue with my roof, I will definitely be contacting Next Level Roofers.

We used Next Level Roofers after finding them on Angie’s List. Immediately after doing the estimate I noticed that they were very communicative and Helen followed up with me several times while I went through getting 4 estimates. I chose them because Greg (owner) and Helen seemed very honest and wanted to fix my roof but not “sell me one”. After I signed the contract, Helen remained helpful and supportive keeping me posted on the schedule. Rain held them up a few times (it’s rainy season now) but Helen always let me know. My wait was only 3 weeks from signing and my completed repair was done in 6 hours. The workman were polite and they cleaned up everything. I will definitely use them when it is time for a new roof and I will recommend them as well.

Very good company – I feel lucky to have found them, since we moved here to Orlando from out of state not too long ago, and I left my ‘good contractors’ list back in my former state on the west coast, with no contacts here. The business is well organized, the staff is courteous, and most important, they are knowledgeable, have a lot of experience, do good work, and clean up after they’re done. Great customer service! Very professional team. Excellent communication before, during and after the job. We ran into many issues with our roof from the previous owners diy. Gregg and his team were able to solve all of the unknown problems with no difficulty including rotten fascia, double layers of shingles/plywood.

Greg, the owner, came to my house himself for my roof inspection. He explained the condition of the roof and gave me several options for repair. Ultimately I needed a new roof. He assisted me with product choices etc., answered all my questions, and explained the process. The office staff, especially Helen, were prompt with providing all the information I needed and answering any questions. The workers who did the roof were outstanding. They worked none stop. Even my neighbors commented on their work ethic. They also took time to make sure everything is cleaned up and there were no nails etc. Everyone was professional and always on time. I would gladly recommend this company if you need a new roof and wanted to deal with someone who has integrity and honesty.

From Helen setting everything up so sweetly to Gregg showing up a few minutes early (rather than late or even not at all, like most!), the entire process was very professional, friendly, and extremely competent. We really appreciated the extra attention that Bryce and his team paid on our roof, solving issues that others did not. Truly next level roofers. After seeing the pictures of the work underway, we can see why – no one else went to that level of detail, work and understanding exactly what to do. They came when they said they would, did an excellent job, cleaned up, and left saying that I would be contacted to make sure everything was OK. Next Level was very professional, flexible and timely. While the work was done quickly, you could tell it was also being done with quality. Between putting down tarps around the house while removing the old shingles and going through our entire lawn with a magnet when they were done, our yard looked exactly like it had before they started work. Great family business, honest hard working people. When I called and made an appointment for the roof inspection with Next Level Roofers, Gregg Bovich, who is the company owner came over himself, he answered all my questions, provided me with the samples of their products and left contact information. Contacting the office was very easy, all my emails were answered within a few hours. I probably made dozens of phone calls and not once I’ve got an answering machine. Helen and Denise were a pleasure to talk with. They were knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process from start to finish. All items in the contract were fair, I didn’t feel that it was biased in any way. When the time came to replace the roof, Helen arranged for my property a dumpster on wheels, simply because I was worrying about the possibility of damaging the driveway by the roll-out dumpster. Roof replacement took one and half days. By the end of the second day the dumpster was gone and the property was cleaned from all roofing debris. County inspector came the same day and asked to seal some areas around fascias. My roofers came back early the next morning, did what had to be done and the same day my roof passed the inspection. Absolutely everybody was very polite, accommodating and professional: office staff, management & roof replacement crew, I definitely will use this company in the future and will recommend them to all my friends and colleagues.
