Trinity did a roof replacement for us. James worked with us through the process and kept us informed. Very happy with the results.

Jansen took care of everything from start to finish. He is gentlemen and there was no hard sell on his part. We did the entire roof,gutters,skylights and interior repair and he took care of it all. I worked with James Reed who helped me through every step of the process of replacing my home’s roof. He conducted a free inspection and consultation, identified damage to my roof that only an expert would recognize and made himself available when my insurance company’s inspector came to inspect the roof. James was always a short phone call away whenever I had any questions or concerns. The people who installed my new roof and gutters did a superb job that my wife and I are extremely happy with.

not only did the team at Trinity Roofing get our Hail damage fixed they were able to get it completely covered by our insurance…and the boat dock covering. If that wasn’t enough, 6yrs later i was installing a Gazebo and needed 500sq ft of matching shingles and they GAVE me all i needed….Thanks team you are such a blessing

Dalton, with Trinity Roofing and Construction, told us that we had roof wind damage, and asked to inspect our roof. He did, and within a very short time our insurance company had verified roof damage, approved a new roof, and sent a check to have it replaced. Trinity Roof and Construction was in and out in a very efficient time, in-spite of Covid. The crew was very quick and polite. The neighborhood has been making positive comments about how great our roof looks

I was approached by Hunter Lee of Trinity Roofing because he was in the area for another job and noticed some possible wind damage to our roof. He inspected it and felt that it would qualify for insurance coverage due to the damage, something I had not thought of myself. Long story short, he walked us through the entire process, dealt with the insurance company for us, was there for the inspection by the independent contractor, and, when all was said and done, we got an entire brand new roof. All we ended up paying out of pocket was our deductible, which was a very small fraction of the actual cost of the entire job. There were one or two minor problems after the roof was installed and Hunter made sure that Trinity took care of them right away. We also were given top-quality materials for the entire job, which, as I understand it, they do with all of their jobs. I am 100% satisfied with how well everything went, and with Trinity’s professionalism and quality of work, especially that of Hunter Lee.

Do NOT use Trinity!!! We started the process back on May 29th. Building permit took forever, and materials were to be delivered July 16th, and that was changed to the 24th. The roof was done the end of July. We had new gutters installed several months before the roof was done. They were supposed to remove them before the roof, and then re-install the new gutters. They trashed them! When in contact with Trinity, we were told it would be three weeks before gutters could be installed. In the middle of hurricane season. During those weeks our gardens were ruined by the rain falling off the roof. To make a looooong story shorter, they finally installed gutters on Sep. The back looked terrible. The gutters were misaligned. I called again. Mid-FL Gutters showed up to install new ones. Then they saw they were already done. They looked at them and remarked about the terrible job that was done. I called Trinity again. Tony said they would get with Mid-FL, as they were pleased with their work. Nothing. Called again. Tony gave me the runaround once more. Said he would contact me. Phone calls were made repeatedly time after time. He was always say he would contact me when they could add us to the schedule. Well, folks, it is the middle of December. Gutters have NOT been repaired. Once they are paid, don’t think they will ever make an issues right. They obviously do not stand by their work. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Shoddy work, and Anthony Stewart is a huge liar. They have cheated us out of the great gutters we had originally put up by Tiger, and refuse to correct their mistakes. 15 Apr 2021 Update to my original post: A month or so ago, Cameron Bensh, from Trinity, saw my review here. He contacted me too see what could be done. He apologized said they wanted to correct my issues. They were not aware there was a problem. Cameron told me they would get me scheduled for all new gutters. I said I would believe it when I saw it. In about a month, a truck pulled up out front. They were from Mid-Florida Seamless Gutters and said they were here to replace the ones that were put up months ago. They arrived around 10 AM, and by 3:30, the truck was gone – all torn down materials were hauled away by them and they left no mess behind. Great job, too! It certainly did take a while, but Cameron made sure the problem was corrected once he was aware of it. And, that’s the important thing! Trinity made it all good now, so I’m happy. I changed to 5 stars from 1, just because Cameron went that extra mile for me.

Cameron (Greater Tampa Bay area Project Mgr) delivered on his promise for which Trinity would deliver a quality product from roof to gutters. He went out of his way to ensure the job was done on time and professionally. Despite being restricted on shingle choices (HOA), Cameron ensured shingles would POP (i.e. stand out above the rest but still match house paint scheme). HIGHLY RECCOMEND Trinity for your Roofing and or Construction needs (ask for Cameron when ready to move fwd).
