Shawn came out to put a temporary skylight window on because of high winds, the old skylight blew off. He had noticed that the roof had hail damage. Long story short, him and Ashley were both professional, worked with my insurance and friendly and prompt. Every detail was explained til you understood. I love my new roof. I felt 100% comfortable with GoldKey Roofing. I would definitely recommend GoldKey

I am so pleased that I chose Gold Key for my new roof. They made the whole process so easy for me, from getting me a quote and walking me through each page to actual install and inspections. Once the quote was finalized, they stayed true to their start date. And once they started, I didn’t have to lift a finger. The dumpster arrived the day before, the roofers were at my house on time and worked until sunset, and the dumpster was gone the next morning. The actual roof install only took two days. The roofers were courteous and very clean. After they completed the job, I went around my house with a magnetic strip and the only place I found nails was under the dumpster. They also scheduled the inspections. Even after the job was complete, I contacted them to remove the dampener in my skylight (according to them, very uncommon). They scheduled a time with me to have this completed, and like before, they were on-time and the communication was perfect. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again, if needed.

This company is top notch. They ONLY use top quality materials and their installation is second to no-one. The customer service was top notch. There salesman Eric Altman is an A** representative. He was honest and up-front from start to finish. I trust him 100%!!! When Eric Altman gives his word, you can “take it to the bank.” The office staff Alexis and Rachel were ALWAYS friendly, efficient, and answered all my questions with a “phone-smile.” I will be recommending Gold Key Roofing to all my friends and family without ANY hesitation. I can go on forever about this company. In short, they are the best!!!!

Gold Key Roofing and the gentleman they have working for them deserve more than Five Stars. Erick was always readily available to answer any questions throughout the work process, very professional and informative. Eli and his crew are AMAZING, they got started on tearing down the old roof, and putting up a new roof in less than a day in a half it was completed. before they left my property they reinspected the work to ensure the didn’t miss anything, they cleaned up very well, walked around the property several times to ensure no nails were left on the ground or any other debris. This is my second time using Gold Key Roofing. They will continue to be my go to roofing company. They replaced the roof on my previous home before we sold it and did an excellent job. So when we bought a house that needed a new roof we knew exactly who to call. Their team did an excellent job on the installation which took just over 2 days. Their team was professional and respectful of my home and needs throughout the process. What I appreciate most is that they own their mistakes. Their office got a little behind on closing out the permit on the second job. They responded promptly to my questions about it and rectified the situation quickly. Things happen on a project. What I care about is how they are handled. Gold Key Handled them with grace and professionalism. I will continue to hire them for my roofing needs and will refer them to anyone who asks.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This not the first time I have used Gold Key and I am sure it will not be the last. They are total professionals . They put a new roof on my mother’s house. She is 89 and does not hear very well, and easily confused. They took so much time with her, explaining every step along the way, while keeping me completely in the loop. Just outstanding customer service from everyone involved. However, a special shout out and extra stars for Alexis and Shawn who kept the wheels moving and the information sharing seamless. The guys are the BEST!

I want to thank Mr. Erick and Eliezer for a wonderful job in the installation of my roof. They were prompt, very clear in the process of what they were doing, very friendly, and very clean. Several months ago I called Gold Key Roofing to repair my mothers roof, after 3 other companies had failed to resolve her leak issue. Mr. Darren went to her house looked at her roof, gave her the quote, and went to repair her roof. Thank you Mr. Darren for your work. My mother has not had a leak since then. Finally her roof was fixed. Today I had Mr. Darren come to my home to verify a leak I had in my roof. He quickly went to the roof and found a rusted nail had come out. He quickly removed the old one, installed and new one and put the cement roof. He resolved my issue quickly. Thank you very much Mr. Darren. I was also informed, which I did not know, they have a loan program should you need it, to replace your roof. If you need to repair or replace your roof I recommend Gold Key Roofing. And no, I was not paid. I am truly happy I used them. I fully recommend them to you.
