I cannot even express how grateful I am for all that Calloway roofing, especially Raul, has done for us. We had a terrible experience with another roofing company where their error caused severe water damage to the indoor portion of the home and excessive mold which required remediation. We were evacuated from our home for two months since the home was deemed unsafe to live in. We had called Calloway roofing to inspect what we thought was a minor issue with the roof. Raul came to our house and evaluated the entire roof, taking 95 pictures identifying every problem with the roof. He then spent 45 minutes with me explaining insurance, liability, warranties, reviewing our contract with the previous roofing company, and the proper way of constructing a roof versus how ours was completed. I was completely devastated when I was told we needed an entirely new roof. I thought we were almost finished with that company, and there was only a minor issue. He then provided guidance on the steps to take to hold the previous company liable for the replacement of the roof.This involved multiple days with several communications in order for me to completely understand what was required of me. He was my cheerleader throughout the entire process, and we ultimately were able to hold the previous roofing company liable for replacement of the entire roof. Calloway roofing received no payment for their expertise and time because they were not doing the repair to the roof themselves. It is hard to find a company with enough integrity that will help you without some financial gain. We would have hired them in a heartbeat had we had the option to have a new company replace the faulty roof. Their assistance, patience, and kindness was a godsend during what seemed to be a hopeless situation.

I have had the great pleasure of being assigned Liz as my designated servitor. What is that? Liz’s job requires interfacing with roofing customers, Calloway employees and any sub contractors. She has really impressed me with her attentiveness, quick response to any questions and closing the loop with any and everybody who has a role in completing specific tasks. Liz even called me while shopping with her folks for a new car on her own time. To top this, I found out Liz is only 15 1/2 years old, going to college and performing a job that many twice, three times her age could not equal. When my home was in need of a roof Calloway knocked on my door, a fantastic experience, they offered to do a walk around to do an inspection for free, that was one good decision let them do it, they give me a very good rate, the service was fantastic, the work done very professional and awesome, the roof looks great and well built. When Hurricane Irma hit in 2017 I had contacted one roofing company and after 3 months of no one contacting me, I decided to call Calloway Roofing. They came out immediately and assessed the damage, I did need a new roof. They even came back when the insurance adjuster came, the insurance denied the claim. Calloway came back out and took more pictures and refiled the claim. After being denied a second time, Calloway sent it over to their lawyers. It took almost two years but the insurance company finally paid. Once Calloway got the approval, it only took them 2 days to complete the job. The roof looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with all of their hard work

I looked at several rooding companies and decided to go with Calloway. I could not have made a better choice. I have installed many types of roofs in the past. They did an outstanding job. They dealt with the insurace company and the roof was fully covered except the deductible. It is hard to find a good company you can trust when you move to a new area.
