Thomas Roofing & Repair

I’ve used Thomas Roofing for roofs on two homes in the last 6 months. Very responsive customer service, quick install, and the price is better than I could find elsewhere. The only negative comment is I had to magnet-sweep about 200 nails around my house after the re-roof. The presence of nails is normal but Thomas Roofing was supposed to sweep for nails. I’m also sure they’d have come back and fixed this had I asked.

They did a great job. Very nice and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after leaving everything nice and clean. Very satisfied with there work and price would recommend them for your next roof or repair.

Very happy with Thomas Roofing. Easiest way to say this is I will use them again. Communication was great. They were there when they were supposed to be. Called on the way. Very responsive to voicemails.

These guys are first class! They the main roof, the garage roof and the flat roof in 3 days!! Fast super hard working team that got in early got to work with speed!! I called because my lawn guys found nails and they sent people out again the same day!! I have the best looking roof and I love how they responded to my lawn guys concerns!

We decided on Thomas Roofing after reading the reviews. We had several estimates for the job some comparable but none compared with the good reviews of Thomas. They quickly gave us an estimate and scheduled us. They arrange financing if needed. The workers were very busy the day and one half that they were here and best of all the cleanup was great. Have not seen any loose nails. Love the look-would definitely use them again. They also recommended a company to install the gutters. Great company.

Thomas Roofing has replaced two roofs for us and repaired another. They are always professional and careful with their work. The people who work there are very nice and give personal service. I would highly recommend this company.

Great company. Jeremy Chambers provided wonderful communication during the entire process from beginning to end. They kept their word (trustworthy). Anyone that has ever had home renovations or repairs should realize that there are bumps in the road, unexpected items come up, what makes a business enjoyable to work with is how they overcome the issues without stressing the homeowner. Thomas Roofing and Mr. Chambers were able to prove great service and solve any issues that happened quickly and correctly. The new roof looks great and work was completed as per the contract and estimate.

i restored my roof, not only were they quick but they were so patient with me, i had to change my date three times, they were very patient with me and when i was ready they got the job done. Very easy, i definitely recommend for roof restoration or replacement. Thanks guys !

Had two leaks develop in my roof. Contacted Thomas Roofing, and long story short, the repair techs fixed my roof about 5 weeks later. Longer than I would have liked, but the process was easy, the value for my money was good, and most importantly, every single person from the lady answering the phones (she was a joy!) to the techs who actually did the repair were kind, pleasant, and professional. Apparently there was an internal shake-up AND a big commercial job that happened at the same time when I inquired, so I’m fine with the time it took. There hasn’t been a big rain yet since the repair took place that would allow me to evaluate the quality of work, but from all appearances it’s solid. I’d go to Thomas again in the future with all my roofing needs!

It is a family business that have been in operation for many years; well established, well managed and coordinated for appropriately servicing all roofing needs. Had a new roof installed by this company and I was very well impressed of their immediate response when complications surfaced. The supervisors were very attentive to our needs and immediately worked through and solved the complications to our satisfaction. The communication among us was excellent and their professionalism securing a quality work and satisfaction encouraged me to share a review to entice other clients on contracting with this family business.

They showed up on time the day they scheduled the repair, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the repair quickly and as scheduled. Later that day I noticed something they missed, called them and they sent the crew again to complete the repair, reliable company that stand behind their work. Thomas Roofing was able to help me identify a roof leak and fix it. The staff is proficient and courteous. My roof job was a repair and it is hard to find qualified roofers to help with repair work. I am pleased with the work Thomas Roofing did for me.

Not sure where the other reviews came from, but my experience was totally the opposite. My list of gut wrenching nightmares was too numerous to waste any more time on, I can only leave bullet points if you’re considering them. *Aside from scheduling, they showed up with three, non-English speaking ‘Roofers’…with NO ladder. *30 minutes later they constructed a ladder out of $30.00 of MY 2×4’s. *NO supervisor, and they had no clue what they were doing. *Used Ply to repair OSB roofing, made them take it off (Supervisor still not on site). *Cut up another $30.00 of 2×4 for un-needed truss repair, No Supervisor on site. *I now have 1 1/4″ nails thru my exposed interior roof that I somehow need to grind off…. Supervisor showed up, brought a ladder. *And this was only day one. I have never been so close to a nervous breakdown as in dealing with Thomas, a month later I am still a wreck! and still picking up nails, debris….not to mention the damaged flowering trees, run over plants, run over Ash can! Really!!!! Oh, there’s more, I just don’t want to re-live this nightmare. Stay away, stay far, far away! p.s. Jeremy tried.

I found Thomas Roofing & Repair online doing a google search. I must say I’m so happy I did. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. When you call the office you talk to a very nice lady to schedule your estimate appointment. They sent out a technician to inspect my roof. I received a detailed estimate and decided to use Thomas Roofing & Repair. I was in need of skylight replacement . The skylight was leaking and very old. Jeremy said the job will be completed the same day. On 1/29/2021 Thomas Roofing & Repair started the job and finished the job the same day I was so happy. The roof technicians Doug & Ethan did a excellent job installing all three skylights. I could not believe when I saw the difference, It was perfect. This company is awesome I highly recommend them. I want to say thank you to the entire team at Thomas Roofing & Repair. This is a great company you can trust. Tanya

Cannot say enough about Thomas Roofing and Repairs. They gave me a very reasonable reroof estimate for my home. The whole process was seamless and stress free. Jeremy is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced and responded to all my emails promptly. He personally made sure the job was completed 100% to my satisfaction. Their crews are in-house employees and were punctual and professional. They completed the job in one day as promised and left the premises clean and tidy. No nails, no debris, and no garbage left behind. Very professional company, my roof looks great!. I highly recommend Thomas Roofing for any of your roofing needs, you won’t be disappointed.
