First rate. This roof just makes my house look so much better. The custom work and finishing details make all the difference. I have been looking at metal roofs around town and some of them look cheap, with obviously thinner metal that looks like waves and dents on the roof where it was attached. The owner was onsite and supervising the whole time. The crew was clean cut and all decked out in matching shirts (which they kept on). They cleaned up everything. My number one recommendation without a doubt.

We had a solarshield roof installed about three years ago. It’s been a great investment, the house is kept cool in the summer and the roof has done well in tropical storms. Frank is very attentinve and availabe for any issues that you might have. We are very happy.

Frank McKinney worked with his crew every day, they arrived at 7:30 a.m and worked constantly all day. Frank provided an excellent crew and high quality materials. At the end of the work day everything was put away and cleaned. I am very happy with my new roof and will definitely use Frank McKinney for future Construction projects.

Solarshield put a new insulated steel roof on our home. It’s been a pleasure to deal with this professional company! Frank and his employees were consistently nice to work with… the roofers kept the area cleaned up and made sure everything was tidy and rain tight before they left for the day. The office manager made sure that we were kept in the loop for scheduling when the weather was working against us . At the end of the job there were no surprises and the cost of replacing rotted roof boards and fascia was fair and reasonable. The roof looks great, there are no leaks, and the house seems more comfortable… it holds its temperature better overnight and doesn’t heat up so fast on hot days. We’re thrilled and we’re getting compliments from the neighbors!

Excellent work on my new roof and soffits. Crew was friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job on our new architectural shingled roof. Plenty of color choices for the shingles to choose from.
