Amazing experience from start to finish!!! When I first called Rooftop Services to get an estimate I was greeted by a woman named Jessica, who was great. She promptly got me fit into the schedule with Norman, who is one of the owners, for a time and date that fit my schedule. After talking to Norm about my options I decided to move forward with Rooftop. The work was done in a very timely manner, roughly 2-3 days, and the quality was top notch. I will highly recommend this company to all my family and friends. Thank you to Norm and his staff for all their help and efforts.

A year and half ago, I had a new roof installed from ROOF TOP SERVICE. Recently, a home inspector found a minor issue with the silicone coating on the roof of our porch and stated that if left unaddressed, it could result in a bigger problem down the road. I contacted ROOF TOP SERVICE and they were quick to respond to my concern and immediately scheduled a technician visit for the following week. Noah was excellent in communicating with me and came out to assess and resolve the issue. I was very satisfied with Noah’s professionalism and appreciated his communication with me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend their services.

I engaged Roof Top Services to repair some shingle damage left from a passive solar system reinstall. The company worked with me to schedule at my convenience. Christian showed up to do the work at the appointed time. He did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and cleaned up after the work was completed. I have used Roof Top Services in the past and will continue to use them for all of my roofing needs. I would recommend them with no reservations.

If you are looking for a roofing company, reach out to RTS and ask for Jacob Hale. His service is second to none and he brought a great deal of value to the process. I had some damage to my roof from a hail storm and he facilitated the claim (via 3rd party adjuster) with the insurance company. While this lengthened the process and add some additional steps, it drastically reduced the cost of the project for me in exchange for just a bit more coordination. The overall cost of the project matters, but RTS also excels when it comes to communicating their process and getting the crew on site. The office let me know when they were going to bring the dumpster for the tear-off, when the shingles were going to be delivered and stocked onto the roof, and finally the timeframe for the install. The tear-off and and install took a total of two days and the crew went right through the project. My roof, while a simple hip roof on a 2000 sqft ranch-style home, was done in an impressive amount of time (2 complete days). Cleanup was thorough and disruption to my life was minimal. Seriously, as someone who has done this type of work (I worked as a contractor before starting my current career), this is the type of company you want to work with. I would like to share my experience with Roof Top Services of Central Florida for the service provided in June 2020 during the risky time of Corona virus. The great service started with Natasha the secretary of the company and Bob Friedrich the Project Manager with whom I discussed the options for the roof leak repair and helped to decide for the best option. The repair team called half an hour before they arrived. Ricky and Adam that started the work were joined later by Christopher. Besides the high quality of job, I was impressed the most from their kindness and professionalism. They worked all day in the Florida heat and finished the job by the end of the day. They did the repair with such care as they were repairing their own house. It has been a month that the rainy season started in Florida but we have the peace of mind not only from the warranty that Roof Top Services of Central Florida provides but thanks to the great job that Ricky, Adam and Christopher did. Thank you again guys!
