This is the best company I have ever dealt with from beginning to end. They keep you informed, was scheduled very quickly, my roof was done in 2 DAYS!!! They had a little problem with my soffit a guy was out the next day to fix it. I can’t say enough good about this company. To the owner, FANTASTIC JOB!!! I would recommend this company to anyone. I was debating on a different company, but I’m so happy I made the right decision with Total home.

I had Mike Hawkins from Total Home Roof come out to my house for an estimate on my roof. He was on time(even a little early. He was very polite and professional. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. I told him I was getting a couple other estimate which he agreed was a good idea. He said he will follow up in two days He was not pushy and I felt very comfortable talking with him.

I was referred to these guys by a friend. I called the company and got Edgar as an agent. He was friendly, professional and super helpful. He came out and looked it over then told me to call the insurance adjuster but to make sure he could be there when they came. Edgar showed up with the adjuster and they walked the roof together. He took care of the paperwork and was the liaison with the insurance company. It was awesome and no hassle. Once the claim was initiated his guts showed up and went to work. Robert was the foreman for my team and he called me consistently letting me know their progress. Once the first half of the work was done they had to wait for the inspector. When they hadn’t heard anything they actually reached out to me and see if he had come by. I said I wasn’t sure because I was out of town so they asked me to check the permit for his initials. Sure enough it was there and when I told them so they said ok we’ll be back tomorrow. They came back the next day and it was done. The roof looks beautiful and the trim actually matches the rest of the house as if it was planned that way. These guys are top notch and I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Less
