Janney Roofing was assigned as my roof replacement contractor by my insurance company. I honestly did not expect much but the service, professionalism, and the amazing communications back and forth was beyond expectation. I really like that they communicated both over the phone and email since I’m not always available to answer calls. I’m honestly very satisfied with this roof replacement and happy that my insurance picked this company to represent them.

Janney Roofing just completed our roof replacement project and it turned out beautiful. Our new tile roof is now the talk of the neighborhood. The install crew was timely and efficient. The onsite manager, Steven, quickly addressed any issues or concerns and ensured the site was cleaned up at the end of each day. If outstanding results, premium service and communication combined with good old-fashioned expertise are what you expect, then Janney Roofing is the only company I recommend. My Project Manager was Jerry and from the first conversation I knew I had the right outfit. Jerry never failed to immediately answer a call, explain a concern or address a potential issue before it became a problem, and he was never unavailable. Everyone at the office was professional and courteous with the same attention to keeping the customer informed and happy. The crew that did the hard work – I spent a lot of time watching them – they probably thought I was watching over their shoulders, but I was in awe of their workmanship and system of getting everything done efficiently and professionally. After their display of expertise on the roof, I was again beyond impressed with the process of cleaning up all the nails – the crew had these huge powerful magnets on long sticks and scoured the yard. I could not find one nail after the job was complete. Not 1 nail. I cannot think of one thing negative to say about this experience. I’ve run Quality Assurance and managed numerous projects at 3 different “Top 100” corporations, and trust me, I am not easy to impress, and I never abandon desired/intended results. That said, Janney Roofing gets 5 stars for exceeding my expectations in every category I can think of, and they have a really positive, good energy.

Janney Roofing was absolutely exceptional. The entire process was streamlined yet thorough. All company representatives were personable and professional. Starting with Orlando R. who spent countless hours assisting with the roof inspection and quote/pricing estimate process. Orlando was super detail-focused, extremely patient with all my questions, and truly compassionate and focused on making sure the best shingles were selected and that I fully understood all elements of the process. Orlando is a phenomenal true business professional. Throughout the entire experience, Orlando was always available and promptly responded to every question I had . . . and I had many. Miguel the project coordinator/manager was also very professional, dependable and accessible. Annette kept me informed about project timelines and logistics. Johnny and the roofing crew were the hardest workers imaginable. Again, precision and attention to detail were remarkable. What I thought would have been a very stressful process was stress-free and enjoyable because of the professionalism and service-focused approach of Janney Roofing. Not only did he take the time to get out there right away, but then he came back out climbed up into the attic to take a video to reassure my sellers and the buyers that the repair work was done properly! What can I say about Janney Roofing. From the initial phone call, to the inspection, to the install and the final inspection, everything went smooth as silk. Everyone, from the office staff to the installers were on top of everything. They all had a great attitude and a smile on their faces. Their professionalism was quite evident. They made sure that any and all questions I had were answered and any concerns I had were taken care of promptly. The job was delayed one day (due to weather), but otherwise, not a single hiccup. Janney Roofing is more than professional. They treated us like family. From card to text messages, they made us feel like a priority. Always asking if there were any questions or concerns. They actually started a day early and finished a day earlier. Crews Showed up promptly everyday and were very pleasant and friendly. I unfortunately got that letter from my homeowners’ insurance like many other Floridians telling me that my roof was too old and if I did not get it replaced, they were going to drop me. Had some friends that had worked with Janney on their replacement. They Gave me Todd’s info, so I contacted him about coming out to check out our roof. Todd came out and did a great job of explaining why Janney is the right company for the job. We decided to go with Janney and are very happy we did! They did a great job communicating everything and did a fantastic job of installing the roof and with cleanup afterwards. Shout out to Todd, Annette, and Dylan for their great work.

I would highly recommend Janney Roofing for your roofing needs. Everyone we dealt with from Alex, the rep who came out and wrote up the quote who answered all our questions, to the men who performed the work, to the ladies in the office everyone was very pleasant and professional. They performed the work efficiently and left my property in the same condition it was in when they started. In fact, the job supervisor came by the next day and swept our yard two more times for nails. They fulfilled every aspect of the job beyond our expectations. Their customer service is outstanding. The bid was fair. I would definitely use them again.

I recommend Janney Roofing, The job this company did replacing my roof was outstanding. The project was planned and executed without a single glitch. The material was delivered before the start date and the job was completed in just 2 1/2 days, The clean up was impressive without debris or nails in the yard. The support from the office was outstanding. I received notifications every step of the process. The supervisor/point person, Orlando R, was informative, knowledgeable and addressed ALL of my concerns.

Janney’s crews did an outstanding job. There were no surprises. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and they did a great job cleaning up the yard. No nails left laying around. My roof was finished in 2 days…..everyone else in my neighborhood has taken 3-4 sometimes longer. I highly recommend Janney.

I needed a new roof and had a timeline from my Homeowners Ins. Janney Roofing came highly recommended by my neighbor who is a subcontractor. I did seek several other quotes, but after meeting Alex who helped me with everything I needed to do to get this project started, I chose Janne Roofing. Alex answered all my questions, was readily available to me for any further needs or questions. My job had a project manager named Brady, who was just as professional and very friendly, and communicative in a timely manner, to my satisfaction. I unfortunately had a death in my family just before the start of the new roof project, and needed to delay by one week. Alex had that taken care of quickly. Janney Roofing sent me a condolence card the very next day and a fruit basket. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. Very kind and thoughtful!! I am so darn thrilled to have a beautiful new roof on and just in time for hurricane season. I won’t have to worry about staying dry.
