Our experience with Baker began with Ignacio Gutierrez providing us great advice on materials and colors, on what was best for our house and what was best for our neighborhood. Ignacio was honest and told us that more might need to be done if they discovered damage under the old shingles. He was forthright, wise, and confidence inspiring. That confidence was enhanced by project manager Mel Luna. Mel told us exactly what they would do and in what order. He also kept us continually advised about progress with texts and photos of what they found when the old shingles were removed. As Ignacio had suspected, we needed a lot of underlayment replaced and Mel’s photos clearly showed us what we needed. Mel was continually in motion getting more materials and getting the job done. His crew was topnotch as well – fast, thorough, professional, and really good humored. They finished what looked to be a long job in a bit over a day. We were astounded at how efficiently they worked. When the gutters were added, the place looks like a new house. We will highly recommend Baker to anyone who asks us about a new roof. His knowledge and honesty about the process is beyond reproach. David mentioned that our project manager Kelly Norris was as good as it gets and you will get no argument from me. I am loving my new windows! Rob Holt and Brian Altork was my initial contact. They walked me through several options and when presenting the estimates, really broke down all the different choices. There was no pressure at all, unlike the Anderson salesman we met with. Robert Allen was the project manager and helped line up the window delivery and installation. He was great on communication. Octavio did the installation and painted/repaired and the work is flawless. Highly recommend!

Baker recently replaced our roof, repaired some siding, installed new windows, and put up new gutters. It was a great experience from start to finish. Chad Petit arrived promptly to complete the free estimate, and he took the time to understand our needs, advised us on different options, and quickly put together a clear and comprehensive breakdown of costs. When work began, our project manager Robert Allen shared regular updates on how things were progressing and what we could expect each day. Robert was friendly and helpful, responding quickly to our questions and requests and coordinating with the different project teams. Brian Altork inspected our rotted windows, measured, and figured out what windows we needed. Poncho Avila and his team did excellent work replacing the windows and replacing rotted and damaged siding. Marcos Jimenez and his team took the time to match the stain on our existing siding, ensuring that the repaired areas and new fascia matched the existing siding perfectly. Juan Moreno and his team did a great job with the roofing, completing the job in two days. Throughout the project, we appreciated knowing our house was in good hands, and we’re very happy with the results.

Working with Pete Mandic and Baker Roofing Company was incredibly easy and overall very enjoyable. They assessed and explained the extent of the damage and communicated the next steps were to work with our HOA , provide a quote to complete the repair. About 8 years ago we experienced hail damage. In my attempt to get good information I stumbled upon Baker roofing. After working with several other companies I felt like I was getting factual and straightforward information from Baker. Now years later, another company made their way to my rooftop claiming I had hail damage. Their free inspection left me uncertain. One call to Baker and they quickly sent someone to assess the roof. Their explanation reminded me why I used Baker in the first place. There was no damage to speak of and I certainly do not need a new roof. When it comes time again to replace my roof my first call will be to Baker.

Pete was always a step ahead working with my schedule for a stress-free process, no small task. Baker Roofing recently installed a new roof on our home. They did an excellent job. Chris Donnee inspected our roof and prepared the estimate. The project manager, Jason, kept us up to date throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend them.

I previously used Baker for my roof back in 2019 which is one main reason why I went back to them for house vinyl siding. Robert Holt was my sales rep and provided good recommendations in choosing which siding would enhance the overall look. Robert Allen was the Project Manager and kept me informed as far as timing; when the gutters needed to come down, how the existing carport would be attached to the house as well as incorporating my existing security cameras using pvc board opposed to having screws make holes in the vinyl. He was also responsive to any questions/concerns I had. Santos was the main installer, knowledgeable and very skilled. The whole crew was diligent and focused.

Baker Roofing did an excellent job replacing an extra large window in our 2 story foyer. All of the employees were very professional from the sales rep Robert Holt, to the window tech Brian Altork who accurately measured our window, to Octavio and his crew who did an outstanding job installing the window, and finally to the Project Manager Robert Allen who kept me informed of the project’s progress. The window actually came in earlier than expected, and it took one day to install. When the job was complete the cleanup was spotless and you didn’t even know they were there except for the beautiful window that they replaced. I highly recommend this company!

We have used Baker Roofing on two occasions and both times have been extremely pleased and impressed with the quality of their people and their work. This time it was a roof replacement and chimney repair/rebuild and as before their work was top notch. We would never consider using anyone but Baker Roofing when the job falls within their realm of expertise.
